A walkthrough for creating a permit package ready design from beginning to end

1. Understanding how to Navigate the Dashboard and Account

2. Begin by Creating a Project

3. Specify roof faces with one of the two methods:

   • Import 3D Roof Model

   • Use the Trace Functions

     • Familiarize yourself with Smart Guides

     • Trace Roof Outline

     • Trace a Roof Face

     • Add Obstructions

4. Specify where the Main Service Panel and more are located by adding Site Equipment.

5. Specify the wind speed and more by completing Weather Data.

6. Specify the AHJ, utility and more by completing Site Info.

7. Place modules across two steps:

   • Array Placement

   • Layout Design

8. Specify Inverter and string modules in the Electrical Design

9. Specify wiring strategy and interconnection in the Electrical BOS.

10. Specify the mount and spacings in the Mounting BOS.

11. Generate the Permit Package!
