Why is there rounding in my electrical calculations?

You may notice instances of rounding in the electrical calculations your permit packages and projects. This is allowable per NEC and CEC in certain instances.

Per NEC & CEC 220.5(B), fractions of an ampere may be rounded to the nearest whole ampere.
